3. I am a broker, not an insurer

Manner Health Solutions is not an insurance company. I do not issue policies, underwrite risk, determine benefits, or pay claims — the insurance carrier does all of that, and the carrier’s policy documents govern your coverage. My role is to compare available products, help you enroll, and advocate for you afterwards.

4. Not a government entity

This website and this brokerage are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. government, the federal Health Insurance Marketplace, HealthCare.gov, Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or any state or federal agency. You are free to enroll directly at healthcare.gov at no cost and without a broker.

6. How I am compensated

Insurance carriers pay commissions that are already included in a plan’s filed premium. You pay no fee to me, and your premium is not higher because you used a broker — the commission sits in the filed rate either way.

Commission amounts differ between carriers and between products. I am telling you that plainly because it is the obvious question to ask an independent broker, and an independent broker who avoids the question has answered it. It does not determine my recommendation.

If you ever want to know how a specific recommendation is compensated, ask me and I will tell you.

7. No fabricated reviews or endorsements

This site carries no testimonials, reviews, ratings, endorsements or client counts. That is deliberate. When real client feedback exists it will be published with permission and attributed honestly.
