1. Who you are dealing with

yourmhs.com is operated by Manner Health Solutions, an independent insurance brokerage run by Andres Robledo, a licensed insurance producer (NPN 20774412) based in Florida. Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. This website is information, not advice and not an offer

Everything here is general educational information about health coverage. It is not insurance advice for your particular situation, it is not medical, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any specific policy.

Advice about your situation happens in a conversation, once I know who needs covering, which doctors matter to you, what you take, and what you can spend. Nothing on this page can do that job.

3. I am a broker, not an insurance company

This is the most important sentence on the page. Manner Health Solutions does not issue policies, does not underwrite risk, does not decide what is covered, and does not pay claims. Insurance carriers do all of those things. I help you compare their products, I help you enroll, and I advocate for you afterwards — but the contract of insurance is between you and the carrier, and its terms govern your coverage, not anything written here.

4. Not a government website

This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. government, the federal Health Insurance Marketplace, HealthCare.gov, Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, or any state or federal agency. You may enroll directly at healthcare.gov without using a broker.

5. How I am paid

I am compensated by insurance carriers through commissions that are already built into a plan’s filed premium. You do not pay me a fee, and using a broker does not increase your premium — that commission is in the filed rate whether you use one or not.

Commission rates are not identical across carriers or products. You are entitled to know that, which is why it is written here rather than left for you to discover. It does not determine what I recommend, and if the better plan for you pays me less, my job is to tell you so.

6. Using the forms, and consent to be contacted

By submitting the inquiry form you confirm the information is accurate and you ask me to contact you about health-insurance options, by email and, if you provide a number, by phone or text. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw that consent at any time by replying, or by emailing andres@yourmhs.com.

Submitting the form is not an application for insurance and does not bind coverage. No coverage exists until a carrier issues it and tells you the effective date.

7. Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to break the law, to submit someone else’s information without their permission, to send false information, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, to scrape it at volume, or to interfere with its operation.

8. Intellectual property

The text, design, and code of this site belong to Manner Health Solutions or its licensors. Carrier names and logos are the property of their respective owners and appear here to identify products I may be appointed to sell — their appearance is not a claim of endorsement by that carrier.

9. Third-party sites

Links to carriers, healthcare.gov, or any scheduling tool are provided for convenience. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content or their practices.

10. Accuracy, disclaimers and limits

I try hard to keep this site accurate, but plan availability, benefits, networks, formularies and pricing change constantly and vary by state and by eligibility. Nothing here is guaranteed to be current at the moment you read it. Always confirm the details against the carrier’s own plan documents before you rely on them — the Summary of Benefits and Coverage is the document that controls.

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, Manner Health Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

11. Accessibility

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. If any part of it prevents you getting the information or the help you need, tell me and I will fix it and get you the information another way. See the Accessibility Statement.

12. Changes

These terms may change; the revised date at the top will change with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
