Drafted 20 September 2026 · applies to yourmhs.com
This explains what this website collects, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask me to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Manner Health Solutions (“I”, “me”) is an independent insurance brokerage operated by Andres Robledo, based in Florida. I am the party responsible for information collected through yourmhs.com. You can reach me at andres@yourmhs.com or at 10795 NW 10th Place, Coral Springs, FL 33071.
2. What this website collects
The inquiry form
When you submit the form at /contact I collect the name, email address, state, optional phone number, the plan type you selected, and whatever you write in the message box. I also record the date and time of submission and whether you checked the consent box.
I ask for your state because insurance is licensed state by state and I genuinely cannot help you outside the 30 states I am licensed in. I ask for the rest because I cannot respond usefully without it.
What this website deliberately does not collect
- Social Security numbers. Do not send one through this form.
- Date of birth, medical history, diagnoses, prescriptions, or any other health information. Those may come up later in an actual application, through the carrier’s own secure system — never through this website.
- Payment card or bank details. I never take payment; carriers bill you directly.
If you send any of the above anyway, I will not retain it in the inquiry record.
Information collected automatically
The web server records standard request information — IP address, time, the page requested, and the browser’s user-agent string — as essentially every web server does, for security and to keep the site running.
3. How I use it
- To answer you.
- To work out which plans you may be eligible for, and to prepare a comparison.
- To enroll you, if you decide to go ahead — which means passing the information you give to the carrier you choose.
- To stay in touch about your coverage afterwards: renewals, plan changes, claims problems.
- To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed insurance producers.
I do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and I do not use it to contact you about anything unrelated to insurance.
4. Who else sees it
Insurance carriers
If you proceed with a plan, the information needed for that application goes to the carrier you have chosen. At that point the carrier’s own privacy notice governs what it does with it, and that notice is not mine to write or control. The carriers I may submit to are listed on the carriers page.
Service providers
Ordinary business infrastructure — email hosting, website hosting, and any quoting or enrollment platform — processes information on my behalf under contract.
I do not sell your information
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. I am not a lead-generation business: inquiries from this site come to me and are worked by me.
Legal requirements
I may disclose information where required by law, by a state insurance regulator, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
5. How long I keep it
If you inquire and we never do business, I keep the inquiry for up to two years, in case you come back. If you become a client, I keep records for as long as insurance regulations in the relevant state require — commonly five to seven years after the coverage ends — and then delete them.
6. How it is protected
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry records is limited to me. Health information is deliberately kept out of this website entirely, which is a stronger protection than any security control applied after the fact.
No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and anyone who claims otherwise is selling something. Please do not email me sensitive identifiers.
7. Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all — no analytics, no advertising, no preference storage. Nothing about your visit is stored in your browser, and there is nothing here to consent to.
8. Your choices and your rights
- Ask what I hold about you, and get a copy.
- Correct it if it is wrong.
- Ask me to delete it, subject to records I am legally required to keep.
- Stop hearing from me at any time, for any reason, with no explanation required.
Email andres@yourmhs.com. I will not ask you why, and exercising any of these rights will never affect how you are treated.
Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights — see Your Privacy Choices.
9. Other things worth knowing
This is not a government website
Manner Health Solutions is a private brokerage. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. government, the federal Health Insurance Marketplace, HealthCare.gov, Medicare, or any state or federal agency. The official marketplace is at healthcare.gov, and you may enroll there directly without a broker.
HIPAA
A licensed insurance producer is generally not a HIPAA covered entity in the way a hospital or a health plan is. That distinction does not reduce my obligations to you — it just means the specific statute people expect to apply here often does not. Health information is treated as confidential regardless.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect their information. Parents do of course inquire about coverage for their children, which is information about a child provided by an adult — a different thing.
Links to other sites
Links to carriers or to healthcare.gov are provided for convenience. Once you leave this site, the other site’s privacy policy applies.
Changes
If this notice changes materially, the revised date at the top changes with it.
